"Where you now stand is a result of thoughts and feelings that you have offered before, but where you are going is a result of your perspective of where you now stand."

Stay Calm - Everything Always Works Out!

At some points in our lives, we will come against an experience that puts us to the test. This happened to me a couple of days ago. You see I had an event that I was to speak at. I had 41 people (which would have been my largest crowd yet) show up to hear me speak.

Wow, it's crazy how much the year has progressed. I sit here in contemplation of the past year, which I sometime do when I celebrate the beautiful day that is my birthday (which was yesterday - Happy Birthday to me! :). I like to look back at the past year and reflect on my accomplishments and current goals.

How definitive is your Desire?

I’ve had the pleasure of leading a group of amazing women through Napoleon Hill’s classic book Think and Grow Rich. We’ve only recently commenced the mastermind program, but boy what an amazing experience digging through one of the most celebrated personal success and wealth building books ever written!

I was having a conversation with one of my sisters about our Corporate Wellness business and the growth we've had over the last couple of years. We spoke about how hard she's worked and pushed in the last month to make things happen, both in our wellness business and other initiatives she is working on.

Out your Feelings!

I write a lot about being in an empowered state and how we should maintain positive thoughts and beliefs because it creates the world that we see. I believe in this 100%, but I also believe in honouring the feelings that comes up for us when dealing with circumstances around us.

Like millions of people that saw the move The Secret, I too was excited and amazed when I first watched it and then read the book. For me, it felt like someone packaged and labeled a lot of the beliefs and principals that resonated with me.
