There are so many people who wish to change their life and aspire for something greater. However, they find themselves so distant from their goals that it causes so much anxiety for them.
The couple of weeks ending the year, I did a lot of reviewing and planning for 2014. I started the year fresh and clear on my goals that were aligned to my core desired feelings (if you missed last week’s blog on aligning your goals to your core desired feelings, go here and check it out!). After I gained clarity on my goals and felt ready to start my year and feeling great about it, something huge snuck up on me. Yes, that big R word “r-e-s-i-s-t-a-n-c-e!”
By this time, most of you are well on your way to setting your New Year’s resolution and goals for 2014. I’m for one am big on planning and setting goals, but this year I discovered something that I thought was just genius and may be the ticket that actually guarantees that you strive for the right goals and ones that you will actually enjoy pursuing.
This past week, I received a great question from one of our readers. She asked; “What do you think is the difference between fear and your gut instinct/intuition? Example, your gut is telling you not to do something vs. you being afraid to do it.”
Chances are, if you’re stepping out of your comfort zone, showing up, playing big and reaching for your dreams, you will come across some type of rejection and criticism. You may face someone being disappointed in something that you created or outright rejecting you and your business.
We lost an icon this past week. As all of you may know, Nelson Mandela transitioned this past Thursday. Anyone who knows of his story knows just what an amazing person he was and what he stood for.

Being in Control Means Letting Go!

You’ve made plans to accomplish a goal. It could be an event that you are planning or the meeting you are preparing for. Perhaps you have given advice to a friend and are awaiting the outcome of their decision.
